Who do you think is responsible for your health, happiness and financial success?  There is only one answer and that is ‘You Are!’  Only You!!!

You are probably saying to yourself right now ‘But I don’t have the education I need to make more money’ or ‘My situation is different.’  Well, it doesn’t matter where you are in life.  You can be happier, healthier, and financially stronger.  If I can get you to say ‘Well, OK, I can accept that this is possible’, the next question you want an answer to is probably ‘How do I go about realizing these changes in my life? I don’t have a clue where to start.’

This is where I come in.  There are many tools, techniques and health programs available and many of them work very well.  The trick is finding the right ones for you.  It can be very frustrating wading through the get rich quick programs or the programs that will make you healthy and happy.  How do I know which one is the best?  How do I know this program is legitimate and not just an entrepreneur selling a ‘system’ so he can make lots of money.  I know because I have seen many of the tools and techniques work for myself or my friends and family.

I will work with you to identify the best options for you based on where you are right now in your life. We will work together to determine where you want to be and how to get there.  We will identify tools that I know work (many due to personal experience) and will help you get to where you want to be whether it is better health, more financial independence, better relationships or lots more happiness…or all of these.

The Choice is Yours

Changing your life won’t happen overnight but you will start seeing differences right away. I’m still improving mine. I now have a big new house and a VERY nice car. I’m making more money at work than I ever thought possible at a job I love. Some of the methods may seem foreign and ‘silly’ to you but rest assured they work! I continue to practice the techniques regularly. On a day to day basis they help me through difficult situations and for the long term, I still have some things missing in my life that I’m working toward and I am using some of the tools. I will share with you to help me get there.

The amount of time, money and effort you put into changing your life is up to you but I will tell you that if you make the commitment to move forward you will see significant changes at very little financial cost to you. You just have to want to improve your health and life.

My Story

A few short years ago I had to file for bankruptcy. I had $723 left to my name and I carried it around with me everywhere I went. I don’t mind telling you that this was an extremely low point in my life. In addition to being broke, my personal relationships were not good, I was severely depressed and I was unhappy at my job. To top it off, I wasn’t feeling well physicially either. I had no energy and couldn’t see any way out of my situation. My doctors weren’t helping either. They would keep adding more or ‘better’ drugs that only served to mask the real problems and cause more physical symptoms. 

I figured there had to be something out there that would help me get out of this terrible situation I was in. I began reading everything I could get my hands on. Over time I discovered quite a few non-traditional but scientifically based methodologies that had merit. The key was identifying those that fit into my lifestyle and belief system and then focusing on them. I didn’t try to do everything at once but picked what felt like the highest priority at the time and I immediately started seeing differences in my life.

I will not lie to you! You have to make a commitment to move forward with your life and to actually do the work to make it happen. Obviously what you have been doing isn’t working. I guarantee that everything I recommend for you will be easy…you might even find that you enjoy the exercises and techniques and look forward to them. The hardest part is making the commitment and sticking with it.
